ODRA

A healthy, sustainable and safe workplace

The design of the new office for Omgevingsdienst Regio Arnhem focused on sustainability and well-being. ODRA’s commitment to a healthy environment was reflected in responsible material choices and extensive reuse.

More than 80% of the furniture was sourced from other offices in the Netherlands. Some pieces were reupholstered, while others were reused as they were. New materials were selected for their recyclability, recycled content, and positive impact on air quality.

The office spans two floors with stunning views over Arnhem. It combines a dynamic meeting and collaboration floor with a quiet workspace. This setup strikes a balance between collaboration and focus, with flexible spaces like a training room and boardroom completing the workplace mix.
