WHAT YOU DO
As commercial manager for Belgium, your initial focus is on the entire Belgian market whereby a broad international scope is an important advantage.
//Actively working the local Belgian market.
//Approaching, developing, and further deepening existing and new relations whereby you bring our services to their attention and close deals.
//Conceiving and developing a marketing strategy.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
//Our preference is for someone with an Estate Agent diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering (level 6).
//A minimum of five years of experience in brokerage in commercial property in Belgium.
//Good proficiency in oral and written Dutch, French, and English.
//You are entrepreneurial person, persevering and are able to build trust with relations.
//You have a vast dossier and relevant network in property.
//You are also an active networker with high visibility in Brussels and Antwerp.
