The building’s height allowed for the creation of a landscape with various flexible workspaces filled with greenery. Employees are free to choose their preferred spot. Additionally, a tiered seating area was added for presentations and brainstorming sessions, with phone booths underneath for quiet calls. The different zones create a dynamic environment fully focused on collaboration and innovation. Bright yellow accents and carefully chosen materials enhance the experience. At the heart of the space is the immersive room, where the latest technologies are showcased and experienced.

The brief from this international tech company was clear: create an office that doesn’t feel like an office. With 240sqm of space housed in a former factory in Amsterdam, the design began by integrating existing elements rather than starting from a blank canvas. The entrance was given a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a “barception” – a combination of reception and bar where visitors and employees can enjoy a great cup of coffee.
